At the press of a single button, the SEND Angel is connected to our award winning Alarm Receiving Centre where our trained operators will know exactly where the user is.
They will talk directly to you and provide whatever help or support is needed. Family, friends or employers can also get in touch with the user, and vice versa via the SEND Angel without the need for a separate mobile phone.

03 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)
The SEND Angel is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, by a team of dedicated and trained staff who will immediately know who the user is, where they are, and what to do.
Our Alarm Receiving Centre is an award winning and nationally acclaimed facility where we monitor thousands of alarm systems, CCTV installations, assistive technology applications, lone worker devices and SEND Angel clients.
It is the only Local Authority operated ARC in the country to have been awarded a prestigious three gold stars by the National Security Inspectorate. We also have a host of other awards and accreditations meaning that you can rest assured that you are in safe hands!

- Is this a contract?
No. All we require is a 30 day notice to terminate.
- What if i break my unit?
The 1st unit is free but replacements are £175 + VAT
- What if my unit is faulty?
All units are replaced within 72 hours. You send it to our address.
- Are there any hidden costs (call charge, data etc.) ?
None at all (fair usage applies)
